PixMatic is an AI-powered photo transformation service that allows users to upload photos and generate themed portrait transformations. We also offer merchandise products featuring your transformed images.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using your email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Use the service to generate images that violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or security measures
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant PixMatic a limited license to process and transform it using AI for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated Images

AI-generated transformations are provided for your personal use. You may download, share, and purchase merchandise featuring your generated images.

Our Content

The PixMatic service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by PixMatic and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Payments and Refunds

Some features require payment (credit packs, subscriptions, merchandise). All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.

• Credit packs — One-time purchases, non-refundable once credits are used
• Subscriptions — Recurring billing; you may cancel at any time
• Merchandise — Subject to our return policy; custom printed items may not be returnable

6. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate transformed images. Results may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results.

7. Content Moderation

We use automated safety checks to screen uploaded content. We reserve the right to refuse processing any content that violates our guidelines or applicable laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixMatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
